Named after the Oliver Nelson masterpiece, Stolen Moments is based around jazz, but more by sensibily rather than strict definition. The deep s**t. The s**t you don't hear out too often. Or at all. New, old and in between. Many styles, many styles. Hosted by $mall ¢hange and DJ Sims. The sets are taped live at the weekly Stolen Moments party, which happens Thursdays from 9pm to 3ish at the East Side Co., on 49 Essex St. in the LES of NYC. Their speakeasy vibe and eggzellent cocktails are a perfect complement to the tunage, if you're ever in the area.
