Brazilian Girls Team Up With Ocasek

As reported by Billboard, having produced their self-titled debut themselves, this time around the Brazilian Girls have teamed up with producer Ric Ocasek, who besides producing also plays guitar on the first single, "Last Call," for their sophomore album, 'Talk to La Bomb,' set to be released September 12 on Verve Forecast.

"This record is going to be a lot more dynamic," bassist Jesse Murphy told Billboard.com. "We really captured the lounge aspect of our music with our last one -- you could hear it in a restaurant but not even know it was us. I think because we had so many people around to bounce ideas off of, the songs just got bigger and better."
