Erykah Badu
Giant Step has a long history with Erykah Badu and has produced many shows with her. We first met Erykah in the mid ‘90s when she frequented the Giant Step club, before she released her iconic Baduizm album.
These photos are from her performance at the short-lived venue in the basement of New York City’s Hudson Hotel, called Good Units. It was a secret show on March 27, 2010, days before the release of her new album, New Amerykah Part Two: Return Of The Ankh.
